Stress triggers your body’s fight or flight response, which makes your muscles tense up. When they don’t have a chance to rest and recover, it can result in soreness and pain. Resility is a better way to manage stress and reduce its impact on your mind and body. Learn to recognize the early physical signs of stress and get effective tools to manage it.

Our easy, short training exercises teach you a variety of relaxation techniques - try different ones to see what works best for you. If paired with our optional wearable Bluetooth Muscle Activity Sensor (sold separately), you get real-time feedback to see how the tension in your body is responding. Learn to recognize stress in your body and head it off before it escalates.

Surface electromyography (EMG) biofeedback, can teach you to consciously reduce your muscle activity by displaying it in real-time. It’s used in physical therapy and fitness training to see if you’re activating the targeted muscles, or the wrong ones. This feature requires our Muscle Activity Sensor, sold separately at ResilityHealth.com/sensor

CHECK IN
Track how your body and mind are feeling on 5 key indicators of well-being. Add notes to track triggers and events that may be affecting your stress levels. Check In as often as you like - we recommend at least once a day.

Each time you take a break for a few seconds to Check In, you become more aware of what’s happening in your mind and body.

Checking in is a quick and simple mindfulness exercise.

RELAXATION TRAINING
Short guided audio exercises walk you through relaxation training techniques. Use with our optional Muscle Activity Sensor to see how your muscle tension changes. Exercises are recorded as Mindful Minutes.

Training includes:
-breathing exercises
-progressive muscle relaxation
-mindfulness
-visualization
-biofeedback (with Muscle Activity Sensor)

Our users are amazed at what a difference our short, 5 to 10-minute exercises can make.

MONITOR MUSCLE ACTIVITY
Get feedback on how your muscle activity changes in real-time. Our optional Muscle Activity Sensor displays a visual signal that shows you when your muscles are activated or relaxed.

Set a tension threshold to get an audible alert when it’s exceeded (can be set to vibrate). Record your sessions to save them.

Muscle tension and pain in the neck and shoulders is common when you’re stressed, and it’s a popular place to use our Sensor. Practice keeping your shoulders relaxed when working at the computer or during tasks where your muscles inadvertently tense up.

Our Sensor can also be used for strength training or physical therapy exercises to let you know if you are activating the muscle you are targeting, or a muscle that you aren’t supposed to be using.

VIEW PROGRESS
Track your stress over time to understand your triggers. View the history of your Check Ins, training exercises, and recorded muscle monitoring sessions.
